The permanent site of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna was reportedly invaded by bandits in the early hours of Tuesday.
NDA, a premier military university that trains officers for the armed forces of Nigeria and some other African countries, is located on Kaduna-Lagos highway and about 10 kilometers away from the Kaduna city center.
The bandits were said to have killed two officers and kidnapped another officer.
A source in the academy said a statement will be issued regarding the attack, but could not confirm the attack at the time of filing this report.
A spokesman to the Kaduna State Police Command Muhammad Jalige did not speak on the attack during an inquiry by our correspondent.
