Uche Nwosu Gave Us Money For Every Attack In Imo State – Suspect Video

Shortly after the arrest and freedom of Rochas Okorocha’ s son- in- law, Uche Nwosu , a video where a suspect fingered him in the unending criminal attacks perpetrated in Imo State has surfaced.
In the video, the suspect who was interrogated while handcuffed, alleged that Nwosu has been giving money to his gang members for series of attacks in the state.
The suspect further alleged that Nwosu and others threatened to make Imo state ungovernable if he’ s unable to clinch the governorship position in 2023.

Regarding the Yuletide, he noted that Nwosu and the man he got directives from (one Hon. Kingsley Uju) threatened to make Christmas ” uncomfortable” for the government of Imo state.

Speaking about Okorocha, the suspect went on alleging that the former governor, Uju and Nwosu settled a conflict between his gang and another rival gang which brought them together to work for them.

Nwosu’ s Arrest
Public outrage was provoked after Nigerian policemen raided a church service at St. Peter’ s Anglican church, Eziama Obieri, in the Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State, to arrest Uche Nwosu, Rochas Okorocha’ s son- in- law.

At the time of this report, even before the video above entered the spotlight, the reason for Nwosu’ s arrest has not been made known to the public.

However, he was released barely 24 hours of arrest, and had also released a statement in that regard.

What Uche Nwosu Said After Release
In a statement issued on Monday by his media aide (Chikezie Nwadike), Uche Nwosu explained everything that transpired during his trending arrest by the police as he debunks some reports.

Recall that some reports said he had refused to honour many police invitations, thus, he was forcibly taken away during the church service at his hometown, Eziama Obieri in the Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State, by masked police operatives.

Debunking the reports, Nwosu noted that he never refused any invitation by the police, and that he did not spend the night at the custody of the police as claimed.
